Issues with SquashLevels

Should you encounter any of the following issues, please email us at [email protected] with the type of issue encountered for our further action.

Issue	Information to include in email
Multiple accounts (includes errors in name)	Name and URL of all the accounts that require merging
Incorrect player data i.e. name, country of residence	Correct information for updating
Missing match data	– URL of the account that needs to be updated – Platform through which your account is registered i.e. if it is a NSL match, the platform is SportyHQ. If it is a SSRA-event, the platform will be Tournament Software – Records of matches to be updated, including the opponent played against and the date the match was played
